Delivery & Refund Policy
What delivery means here, how shortfalls and failed hand-overs are handled, and when money comes back.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains when a lead counts as delivered, what happens when it cannot be handed over, how money moves in and out of your prepaid balance, and when a refund is available. It applies to every lead bought on ForgePoint Exchange, operated by Forge Point Analytics LLC.
2. How a lead is matched to you
A consumer inquiry is enrolled into the Exchange and then matched to one account. An account is only eligible when it is active and open, funded for that product, in possession of recorded authority for the state and product the lead came from, and within its delivery limits. That authority may be the buyer's own recorded attestation, or license evidence that has been independently verified and documented, where available. Matching runs while the platform has automatic exclusive distribution switched on; while it is off, no lead is matched and nothing is charged. Delivery is shared between eligible accounts, and every outcome is recorded against the lead.
Every lead is matched to a single account and is never delivered to a second one.
3. When a lead counts as delivered
Two moments matter. First, the lead is reserved: it has been claimed for your account and its price is held against your prepaid balance, so the same money cannot fund two leads. Second, it is delivered: it has become visible in your buyer workspace, which is the point at which you can see the consumer's details and work the lead.
A lead is delivered for the purposes of this policy when it becomes visible in your workspace. Its delivery history, including any CRM hand-over and notification attempts, is recorded on the lead.
4. How a lead is paid for
Every lead is paid for out of your prepaid balance, at the wallet price published for its lead type at the moment it is claimed. There is no subscription and no minimum weekly spend, and no charge is ever made against a payment method directly.
When a lead is claimed for your account its price is reserved: the money stays in your balance but is held against that lead, so it cannot fund another one. The reservation settles as a charge only once the lead has been handed over to your workspace. If delivery fails and is not completed, the reservation is released back into your spendable balance. Your balance can never go below zero, and an account whose balance does not cover the price is passed over rather than charged.
5. When delivery pauses
Delivery depends on your balance. When it no longer covers the price of a lead in the products you buy, leads stop being placed for your account and nothing further is charged. Matching resumes by itself once the balance is funded again.
You choose when and how much to add. The platform keeps a low-balance warning on your account and tells you when a balance falls below what another lead would cost, so a pause does not arrive unannounced.
Delivery also pauses for an account whose recorded authority has been withdrawn, has expired or is shown to be inaccurate, for the affected states or products, until the account is corrected. Nothing is charged while delivery is paused for that account.
6. If a lead cannot be handed over
If a lead cannot be made visible in your workspace, it is retried rather than left in a broken state, and its status is shown in your own account. A lead that never reaches you is never charged for.
A lead that could not be handed over stays held against the funding that reserved it until it is delivered, or until its reservation is released back to your balance.
7. Lead quality, and reporting a lead
Leads are consumer-submitted inquiries and their answers are recorded as given. We do not independently verify a consumer's answers, and we do not promise that a consumer will answer, qualify for coverage, or buy a policy.
You can mark a lead's status in your workspace, including as a bad lead. That record stays with the lead for your reporting. If you believe a lead was not a genuine consumer inquiry, contact us with the lead's reference and we will look at how it was submitted and what happened to it.
8. Stopping, and pausing
You stop buying by switching off automatic delivery, narrowing your lead types or states, or simply letting the balance run down. There is no subscription to cancel and no recurring billing to stop, because nothing is billed on a recurring basis.
Delivery is managed separately from funding, and can be paused for an account or for the platform. While delivery is paused, no lead is claimed for you and no money is taken from your balance.
9. How to request a refund
Contact us through this website with the lead reference, what you expected and what happened. We review the lead record, its delivery history and the charges raised against your balance, together with the payments the provider verified.
If a refund is due, it is issued against the original payment through the payment provider, and the balance and its ledger are updated to reflect it. Where the provider issues a refund or reverses a payment directly, the platform applies that verified refund and reverses the matching credit. Refunds of an unspent balance are exceptional and are authorized by Forge Point Analytics at its discretion.
10. What is not refundable
Leads that have been delivered to your workspace, and the charge that paid for them. Leads you did not contact or did not convert. Any expectation of a result, a sale, a conversion rate or a particular lead volume. An unspent balance you simply chose not to use, which is dealt with as set out above rather than as an automatic refund.
11. Questions
The fastest route for anything about an order, a wallet charge or a lead is the contact form, choosing delivery, CRM integration or lead quality, with the reference included. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your account.
