How we handle consumer inquiry information, buyer account information, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

ForgePoint Exchange is an exclusive insurance lead distribution service operated by Forge Point Analytics LLC. We are not an insurance carrier, agency or broker, and we do not sell insurance policies.

This policy covers the consumer insurance forms we operate, this public website, and the buyer workspace where licensed agents and agencies receive leads. It does not cover an insurance carrier or agency you may separately deal with.

2. Information we collect

From consumers who complete our forms: the name, phone number, email address and ZIP code you provide; the insurance details you answer, which can include date of birth or age, health and tobacco answers, coverage amount, existing coverage, household and mortgage details depending on the form; the consent wording displayed to you, its version, and the time you accepted it; and technical and source information such as the form you used, the submission time, campaign attribution where present, and the IP address and browser that submitted the form.

From agents and agencies creating or holding an account: your name, business and contact details; the states and products you confirm you are authorized to work; and the licensing attestation you accept, including its wording, its version and the time you accepted it. Creating an account does not ask you for a license number, a National Producer Number or any document.

If you add funds to a balance, we hold the billing identifiers returned by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details; payments are handled by the provider. For an agency account, member and role information is held for the people on it. If an administrator later records license evidence on your account — such as a National Producer Number, license number, licensed states and lines of authority — that evidence is stored together with the verification and the source it was checked against.

From visitors to this website: page and form view activity, and application events such as starting or submitting an application. These events are measured in this platform's own analytics and do not carry consumer personal information.

3. How we use it

To operate the service: qualifying a consumer inquiry, matching it to a single licensed buyer account, delivering it, and keeping the record of what was submitted and what was agreed to.

To establish and keep buyer eligibility, and to meet the platform's obligations as a distributor: the authority recorded on an account, whether that is the buyer's own attestation or license evidence that has been independently verified, any source recorded with such a verification, and the platform's own reporting.

To take and verify payments that fund a prepaid lead balance, and to handle refunds.

To measure and improve our forms, pages and delivery reliability, and to protect the platform against abuse such as automated submissions.

4. Consent, and how it is recorded

Our forms ask for explicit consent to be contacted about insurance by telephone, text message or email, and the wording you accept is displayed before you submit. We store the wording, its version and the acceptance time with your submission.

Consent is not a formality here: the record travels with the inquiry so that the licensed professional who receives it can see exactly what was agreed to, and so it can be produced if you ask us what you agreed to.

5. Who we share information with

The licensed buyer matched to your inquiry receives the lead, including the contact details and answers you submitted, in order to follow up with you about insurance. Buyers must be appropriately licensed for the states and products they work, and must confirm that responsibility to use the platform: eligibility rests on the buyer's recorded attestation, or on license evidence where it has been independently verified and the verification and its source have been documented. Every buyer is contractually prohibited from reselling or redistributing lead data.

Our service providers process data on our behalf: the hosting and database platform that stores records, and the payment provider that processes balance funding payments. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of consumers and the platform.

We do not sell consumer information to unrelated third parties and we do not rent or publish consumer lists.

6. When a buyer receives a consumer record

Lead data is released to the single account a lead is matched to. Leads are not browsable before that: an account does not see a consumer's record until the lead has been matched to it.

Delivery, CRM hand-over and notification attempts are logged against the lead, so a consumer's inquiry can be traced from submission through to the account that received it.

7. Cookies and measurement

We use a small amount of local storage to keep an authenticated session for buyer and administrator accounts, and to remember interface preferences.

We measure page views, form views and application activity with our own analytics. We do not send consumer personal information to advertising platforms, and we do not build consumer advertising profiles.

8. How long we keep information

Consumer inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service, to evidence consent, and to meet legal, tax and dispute obligations. Account and billing records are kept while an account is open and afterwards for the period our legal and accounting obligations require.

Records we are required to keep, such as evidence that a consumer consented to contact, may be retained in a restricted form even after a removal request, because they are the record that the contact was lawful.

9. Your choices, and asking us to remove your data

If you submitted one of our forms, you can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it by contacting us through this website and choosing the consumer data request topic. We will confirm what we can action.

Where your information has already been delivered to a licensed buyer, that buyer holds its own copy in its records. We will pass your request to them where we can, but their retention is also governed by their own legal obligations.

You may also ask to stop being contacted. Tell the agent who contacts you, and tell us, and we will record the request so future inquiries are handled accordingly.

10. Security

Access to the platform is role-based. Buyer accounts can only reach their own organization's records, administrative functions require an administrator role, and lead data is not available to unauthenticated visitors.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, and a payment is only treated as received once the platform has verified it against the provider. We do not store card numbers.

11. Children

Our forms are intended for adults inquiring about insurance for themselves or a family member. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. State privacy rights

If you live in a state with consumer privacy legislation, you may have rights to know what personal information is held, to request a copy, to ask for correction or deletion, and to ask us not to sell your information. We do not sell personal information. Requests can be made through the contact form using the consumer data request topic.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use our forms or the platform after a change means the updated policy applies.

14. Contacting us about privacy

Use the contact form and choose the topic that matches your request: consumer data request for inquiries about a form you submitted, or buying leads for anything about an account. You can also read the Terms of Service and the Delivery & Refund Policy.
